- Deadline registration: 31 May 2024 (12 p.m. – midnight)
- After positive registration: summer visit of the Watou2024 edition (6 July – 1 September) Collectives/collabs visit the festival & make an appointment to meet the organization.
- Deadline submission project proposal: 15 November 2024 (12 p.m. – midnight)
- Selection of proposals: December 2024
- Announcement of selected collectives/collabs: January 2025
